These applications have been filed by the applicants to condone the delay of 177 and 140 days respectively in filing the written statement in the above Suit.

2.The Suit is for partition and the parties are brothers and sisters.

3.Learned counsel for the respondents / plaintiffs has no objection for allowing these applications.

4.Considering the nature of the dispute and the relationship between the parties, the delay is condoned and the applications are ordered as prayed for.
