ORDER

The relief sought for in the writ petition is to direct the 4th respondent to restore Resurvey no.93/14 with an extent of 0.03.0 Hec., 93/15 with an extent of 0.02.0 Hec., and 93/16 with an extent of 0.01.0 Hec in patta No.179 of Kullampalayam Village concluding the enquiry in Na.Ka. 2935/ 2023/ B5 dated 23.05.2023 issued by the 4th respondent by considering the petitioner representation dated 27.04.2023.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the 4 th respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.04.2023, now pending enquiry and, after affording due opportunity to the petitioner and other interested parties, pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
