It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the absconding charge sheet has been filed by the respondent in Cr.No. 478 of 2019 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperambudur and NBW is also pending.

2. In view of above, this anticipatory bail petition would not lie and accordingly, this Petition stands dismissed.
