O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to complete the enquiry, pursuant to the charge memo issued by the 2nd respondent in proceedings dated 28.10.2023, which was served on 31.10.2023 and pass final orders.

2. In view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court is of the view that the respondents are directed to complete the enquiry proceedings within a period of stipulated time, as the ends of justice could be secured.

3. Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the respondents to complete the enquiry proceedings pursuant to the charge memo dated 28.10.2023 and pass final orders within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
