COMMON ORDER (1) The present Civil Revision Petitions are filed to strike off the affidavits and petitions in IA.No.1673/2018 and 1672/2018 in HMOPNo.314/2012 pending before the learned II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai.

(2) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above Civil Revision Petitions and has also made an endorsement in the petitions to that effect. However, the learned counsel stated that she is withdrawing the above Civil Revision Petitions with an assurance that the petitioner will file the proof affidavit in the presence of the other side. She also requested this Court that a direction may be given to the Lower Court to dispose of HMOP.No.314/2012 within a time frame.

(3) In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these Civil Revision Petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn.

(4) Since the HMOP petition is of the year 2012, this Court is inclined

to give a direction to the learned II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of HMOP.No.314/2012 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
