This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 131 days in filing the appeal.

Having being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filing in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 131 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
