ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the District Green Committee has decided to retain the trees said to be offending the compound wall of the petitioner. The said decision was communicated to the petitioner by letter of the respondent herein dated 23.02.2024.

2. In view of the same, the direction issued in the writ petition was duly complied and it is for the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the respondent herein in the manner known to law.
