This petition is filed to condone the delay of 141 days in filing the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this appeal is filed only with regard to quantum of compensation and the second respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence, no notice is necessary for him.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has no objection to condone the delay in filing the appeal.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 141 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
