This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 207 days in filing the above captioned C.M.A against the decree and judgment dated 15.07.2021 made in M.C.O.P.No.522 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Additional District Judge, Hosur, Krishnagiri District.

2.Ms.S.Shahila Bhanu, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent and Mr.D.Baskaran, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent, submitted in unison that they have no serious objections in allowing the above application. 3.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also the fact that 1st and 2nd respondents have no serious objections in allowing the present petition, and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned. Hence, this application is ordered as prayed for. 5.Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same in due course.
