The petitioners herein apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 314 & 318(4) of BNS Act, in Crime No.Not known of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, and therefore seek anticipatory bail.

2. The contention of the petitioners' counsel does not warrant the exercise of the powers of this Court for granting anticipatory bail in respect of an offence created outside the jurisdiction. Hence, the petitioners have prayed for anticipatory bail.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the complaint given by the de-facto complainant has already been closed after enquiry. As on date, no case or no petition is pending against the petitioners on the file of the respondent police.
