O R D E R

This Writ petition is filed seeking for a Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to consider the lawyer notice dated 24.09.2013 and the petitioner's representation dated 23.10.2017 for not to provide agricultural electricity service connection to the property comprised in Survey No.90/8 to an extent of 04.5Ares (11.11 Cents) situated at Ponparapattu Village, Sankarpuram Taluk, Villupuram District in the name of the 3rd respondent.

2. It appears that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent in respect of the subject matter property. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the said dispute. However, as the present writ petition is filed only for disposal of the petitioner's representation dated 23.10.2017, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass orders on the said representation after hearing both parties, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
