ORDER

This petition seeks for expeditious disposal of CMP.No.996 of 2024 in DVC.No.8 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Bhavani. 1/4

2. On 02.12.2024, I called for a report from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Bhavani as to how long he will take to dispose of CMP.No.996 of 2024 in DVC.No.8 of 2023.

3. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Erode, Full Additional Charge of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Bhavani has sent a report on 11.12.2024, stating that CMP.No.996 of 2024 is posted for enquiry on 19.12.2024. In the report, he also sought for a months' time to dispose of the said CMP.

4. In the light of the report submitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Erode, Full Additional Charge of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Bhavani, there shall be direction to the learned Judge to dispose of CMP.No.996 of 2024 in DVC.No.8 of 2023 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above directions, this civil revision petition is ordered. No costs.
