This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 28 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Though notice has been served on the respondent and his name has also been printed in the cause list, there is no appearance on behalf of the respondent.
3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 28 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned and the petition is allowed.
