2. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by him within a time-frame.

3. In case the appeal filed by the petitioner is maintainable before the respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, then the respondent may decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law, expeditiously.
