RESPONDENTS PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records relating to the detention order in Memo No.1066/BCDFGISSSV/2024 dated 18.10.2024 passed by the 2nd respondent under the Tamilnadu Act 14 of 1982 and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's husband IYYAPPAN S/O.MANI aged about 29 years the detenue now confined in Central Prison Puzhal Chennai before this Honble Court and set him at liberty.
