ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue a "No Objection Certificate" to run the business of Massage Parlour, SPA, Beauty Parlour including the service of cross massage, in the name and style of "Pearl Spa" at 5, Gajalakhsmi Theatre Road, Municipal Office Road, Tiruppur - 641 601, by passing order on the petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submit that the representation dated 28.11.2022 is not available with the respondent. He further submitted that if the petitioner gives fresh representation that would be considered in the manner known to law.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the petitioner to give fresh representation. On such receipt, the respondent is directed to pass orders in the manner known to law.
