revisions with a prayer to direct the first appellate Court to dispose of the appeals in A.S.Nos.15 of 2022 and 5 of 2015.

2. The petitioners' request is acceded and there shall be a direction to the Sub Judge, Sub Court, Nagapattinam to hear the appeals in A.S.Nos.15 of 2022 and 5 of 2015 and dispose the same simultaneously.

3. In view of the above, these revisions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
