Parlour including the service of cross massage, in the name and style of "Silver Spa" at 10/1-9, Avinashi Road, Civil Aerodrome (PO), Sitra, Coimbatore - 641 014, by passing order on the petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2022 and style of "Chillum Wellness Care" at 13/17, First Floor, Kalapatti Main Road, Indira Nagar, Kalapatti, Coimbatore - 641 048, by passing order on the petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2022, respectively. 2.It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are running a business of Massage Parlour, SPA, Beauty Parlour in the name and style of "Silver Spa" and "Chillum Wellness Care". He would further submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 18.11.2022 to the respondents seeking for the issuance of "No Objection Certificate" to run the said business and the same is not considered by the respondents. Hence the petition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondent police has received the representation of the petitioners and the same is pending for consideration.
4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents police. 5.Considering the above, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 18.11.2022 with regard to the issuance of "No Objection Certificate" and decide the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law. 6.With the above direction, these Writ Petitions stands disposed of.
