There is no representation for the petitioner. 2.This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Crime No.6 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

3.The case of the prosecution is that based on the secret information, the respondents police intercepted the accused persons and found 2 Kgs of Methaphetamine. Hence, this petition.

mps 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted hat the contraband seized from the accused person is commercial quantity. Hence, he raised objections to grant bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that the contraband seized from the petitioner is commercial quantity which needs detailed investigation. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition.
