The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 351(2) of BNS in Cr.No.Not known of 2025, on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions 1/4

submitted that a petition enquiry in CSR.No.483 of 2025 is pending and FIR has not been registered.

3. In view of the same, the respondent shall conduct and conclude the enquiry within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the petitioners' appearance is required, the respondent shall issue a notice under Section 35 of BNSS, 2023 and on such notice, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent. Till the conclusion of the enquiry, the respondent police shall not arrest the petitioner.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
