This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to forthwith implement the order of the third respondent dated 10/3/2017 in Na.Ka.No.3533/2016/A2 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 31/3/2017.

2. Heard Mr.K.Selvaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned counsel for the fifth respondent. Page No:2/4

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has been appointed as Archakar of the Temple, viz., Arulmighu Enadhi Chenraya Perumal Thirukkoil, to perform the poojas in the temple, on temporary basis.

4. Submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is recorded.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
