ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the 2 nd respondent to receive the petitioner sale deed dated 01.09.2025 and thereby register the same.

2.Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, in the present nd respondent refused to receive the sale deed presented for the case, the 2 purpose of registration and orally informed that the sale deed cannot be registered. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that no sale deed has been presented by the petitioner. In the event, the petitioner presented the sale deed, the same will be scrutinized and the respondent will proceed further in accordance with law. 5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 6.Considering the submissions made by either parties, this Court is of the view that as rightly contended by the learned Government Advocate, the refusal will come into picture only when the sale deed is presented and same got rejected through the refusal check slip in writing. In the present case, based on the oral communication, the petitioner failed to present the sale deed. Hence, the petitioner is directed to present the sale deed dated 01.09.2025 for registration and in such case, the respondents shall consider the sale deed for registration in accordance with law.
