ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to incorporate petitioner's name by replacing the respective vendors name in corresponding Puducherry, Ariyankuppam Commune Panchayat, Thalavakkuppam Village in Re.S.F.No.146/10 having an extent of 4 Kuzhi 8 Veesam and Puducherry, Ariyankuppam Commune Panchayat, Thalavakkuppam Village in Re.S.F.No.146/12 having an extent of 24 Kuzhi 3 Veesam Puduchery District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.10.2017.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner made representation on 23.10.2017 with a request to mutate the name of the petitioner in lieu of his vendor's name which is pending without consideration. Therefore, the respondents are directed to 2/5

consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.10.2017 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation to mutate the name of the petitioner in lieu of his vendor's name in the corresponding Puducherry, Ariyankuppam Commune Panchayat, Thalavakkuppam Village in Re.S.F.No.146/10 having an extent of 4 Kuzhi 8 Veesam and Puducherry, Ariyankuppam Commune Panchayat, Thalavakkuppam Village in Re.S.F.No.146/12 having an extent of 24 Kuzhi 3 Veesam Puduchery District, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
