C.M.P.No.27808 of 2023 in A.S.No.134 of 2017 C.M.P.No.27808 of 2023 in A.S.No.134 of 2017 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J., AND K.RAJASEKAR, J., (Order of the Court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J.,) This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to substitute the petitioner K.Karthikeyan in the place of second appellant C.Kannammal since he is now the present Director of M/s.Raji Feeds Private Limited. 2.In view of the fact that as Director, he has a right to institute and prosecute and also to defend suits and other judicial litigations, it is only appropriate that, the petitioner K.Karthikeyan is impleaded as a second appellant in the place of C.Kannammal in the appeal. 3.This Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment, deleting the name of C.Kannammal and substituting the name of the petitioner K.Karthikeyan as a second appellant in the appeal.
