Respondents Prayer : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, preferred against the suspension order issued by the 1st respondent vide R.C. No.1727/A1/2021, dated 02.08.2021 directing the respondents to call for the records and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.10.2022 to reinstate the service. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal in the admission stage itself.

2. Mr.Stalin Abimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents.

3. This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned suspension order, dated 02.08.2021 issued to the petitioner. The petitioner has also given a representation on 29.10.2022 seeking for revocation of the impugned suspension order. Since the representation has not been considered till date, he has filed this writ petition.

4. Heard Mr.P. Anbalagan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Stalin Abimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra seeking for revocation of his suspension in the light of the G.O. Ms. No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department, dated 04.08.2022 is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to 2/4

pass final orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 29.10.2022 seeking for revocation of his suspension order dated 02.08.2021 in the light of the G.O. Ms. No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department, dated 04.08.2022, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
