ORDER
The civil revision petition is filed challenging the order passed by the trial court dismissing the application filed by the petitioners/plaintiffs seeking comparison of the thumb impression of the deceased first plaintiff Ramasamy found in the Sub-Registrar office of Avinashi relating to Document No. 3085 of 1996 dated 15.07.1996 with the admitted thumb impression.
2. It is seen from the impugned order that similar application was filed by the petitioners in IA.No.1331 of 2018 and the same was dismissed by the trial court. The petitioners, without challenging the said order, again filed another IA for the very same prayer in IA.No.3 of 2022 and the same was also
dismissed on 14.09.2022. Thereafter, the petitioners filed instant application seeking very same relief. When two earlier applications filed by the petitioners seeking very same relief have been rejected by the trial court, the third application filed by the petitioners is nothing but abuse of process of court. Therefore, the trial court rightly dismissed the same. I do not find any error in the impugned order passed by the trial court. Accordingly, the civil revision petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
