This petition is filed by the petitioner/appellant/Insurer seeking to condone the delay of 8 days in filing the above Appeal.

2. Heard both sides. The learned standing counsel for R-1 to R-3 submitted that he has No Objection in ordering this petition.

3. In view of the said submission and having regard to the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
