2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 5 and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the
second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the application of the petitioner dated 02.06.2025, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, 6th respondent and counter parties if any, after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
