According to the petitioner, W.P.No.37374 of 2007 was dismissed for non-prosecution on 19.07.2019. There is a delay of 96 days in filing a restoration petition to restore the petition in W.P.No.37374 of 2007.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

The learned Standing counsel for the respondents has not raised any objection for allowing this miscellaneous petition. 5.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and this Court being satisfied with the same, the delay of 96 days in filing restoration petition is condoned and the miscellaneous petition is allowed.
