This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.27869 of 2022 on 17.11.2022 to appear before the Principal Special Judge, NDPS Court, Chennai, on all working days at 10.30 a.m and 5.00 p.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
