ORDER

The petitioners seek relaxation of the condition imposed on them in para no.6(c) that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for further interrogation by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19642 of 2025, dated 08.08.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instruction, submitted that the petitioners have complied the conditions regularly from 30.08.2025 to 02.09.2025 and thereafter not complied the condition.

3. Considering the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition no.6(c) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.19642 of 2025 dated 08.08.2025.

4. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed. gbi 17-09-2025
