Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents, particularly 2nd and 3rd respondents to take necessary action against the 4th respondent for violating the construction of the building bearing Door

No.3/04, Sathyanarayana Street, Samiyar Maedam, Kodambakkam, Chennai - 600 024 without following the rules and regulations as formulated by the respondents 1 and 3 on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2017.

ORDER

2. Learned counsel for the Corporation submits that after conducting inspection, the Building of the fourth respondent was found to be unauthorized and notice has been issued

3. Learned counsel for the fourth respondent submits that the building has been demolished and a fresh application has been filed by the fourth respondent to the third respondent, seeking necessary permission for the development / construction. It is for the Corporation to take steps in accordance with law.

4. The Corporation may proceed further, in accordance with law.

5. In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
