Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records on the file of the respondent in the proceedings P/1121/ ED dated 27.01.2021 rejecting petitioner claim for compassionate appointment and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to appoint petitioner in any suitable post commensurate with his qualification, consequent on the death of petitioner father, Thiru N.Rajendran on 12.10.2016 with all consequential service benefits.

ORDER

From a perusal of the records, it is clear that the impugned order has been passed only on the ground that the petitioner has not produced his community certificate ie., Scheduled Tribe certificate. Therefore, the petitioner shall produce the said certificate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such production, the application of the petitioner shall be considered by the respondent.

2. With the above directions, this Writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
