Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.20435/2013/J1 dated 27.04.2017 passed by the first respondent, quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and consequently, direct the first respondent to consider the appeal dated 29.11.2013 on merits and pass orders in accordance with law.
