This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22550 of 2024 on 12.09.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22550 of 2024 on 12.09.2024 is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m.

for a period of one week and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
