This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25173 of 2024 on 14.10.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that investigation has been completed and C.C.No.734 of 2024 is filed before the I Additional Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Cases. The next date of hearing is fixed on 09.01.2025.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25173 of 2024 on 14.10.2024 is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the I Additional Special Court under EC and NDPS Act Cases, on the first working day of January, 2025 and thereafter on the date fixed by the trial Court.
