This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to direct the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) by way of the demand draft RTGS, NEFT, to the dean, Villupuram Medical College, Villupuram, which is imposed in Crl.O.P.No.29636 of 2022 dated 01.12.2022

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that due to financial difficulties, they are unable to comply the condition imposed on the petitioners and thereby, they seek modification of the above condition. 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified and the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- by way of the demand draft RTGS, NEFT, to the dean, Villupuram Medical College, Villupuram, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The other conditions shall remain intact.
