This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 108 days in filing the revision petition in Crl.R.C.SR.No.68027 of 2025 against the Judgment made in STC No.86 of 2017 on 22.02.2019 on the file of Learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court-I , Erode.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 108 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
