The petitioner/A3 in Crime No.21 of 2023, registered under Sections 32(a), 4(1), 5(1)(a) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The complaint was dated 3.7.2023. It is the contention of the petitioner that A1 and A2 were running a SPA in the name of "MANTRA" at Ambattur in Chennai. But, however, it is the case of the prosecution that this petitioner and A1, were partners running that particular SPA. A1 and A2 had been arrested and granted bail. But since the petitioner has direct interest in running the SPA, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. Petition stands dismissed.
