This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 111 days in preferring the Criminal Revision Case against the judgement passed by the learned XXV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai-600 008 in STC No.4938 of 2022, dated 06.07.2024, confirming the judgement passed by the learned XVII Additional and Sessions Judge, XVII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai in C.A.No.552 of 2024, dated 08.02.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 111 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
