Mr.C.Munusamy, learned counsel appearing for the appellant, after some arguments, wants to withdraw this writ appeal with liberty to approach the respondent Department and seek appointment/promotion to the post of B.T. Assistant (Tamil) in case the post become vacant, for which, the appellant/writ petitioner is eligible to hold in view of the findings given by the learned Judge in paragraph 26 of the impugned order.
