This application is filed by the applicant/plaintiff to permit him to amend the name of the 3rd defendant in the short and long cause title of the plaint as "Aanchal Sunil Duseja" instead of Anjal Sunil Duseja in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents/defendants has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed.
