This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to execute the NBW pending against the second respondent, by name K.Jayasankar issued by the Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-1, Egmore @ Allikulam, Chennai, 1 / 3

as per the direction in the judgment in Crl.A.No.250 of 2023 in S.T.C.No.1167 of 2021.

3. The first respondent-Police is directed to expedite the execution of the NBW and secure the accused and produce him before the concerned Court below.
