ORDER
(Order of the Court is made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 70 days in filing the restoration petition to restore the Review Application No.33 of 2020.
2. The facts in nutshell reveals that the Division Bench of this Court passed a final order in Writ Appeal No.2638 of 2018 on 07.06.2019. Against the said judgment, the petitioner preferred a Review Application No.33 of 2020 and this Court dismissed the review application on 16.07.2024. Not satisfying with the said order, the petitioner has filed a petition to restore the review application.
3. There is no provision to restore the review application since the review application filed was dismissed on merits. Once the review application has been dismissed by the High Court on merits, question of entertaining the restoration petition would not arise at all.
4. Thus, we are not inclined to entertain either the condone delay petition or the restoration petition to restore the review application, which had already been dismissed by this Court on merits.
