This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the further proceedings in Cr.No.106/2025 pending on the file of the 1st respondent Vanur Police Station, Villupuram District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.106 of 2025, final report has been filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.496 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I Court,Vanoor. 4.In view of the above submission, nothing further survives for further adjudication in this criminal original petition. Hence, this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
