This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.16151 of 2023, by an order dated 2.11.2023 at para 6 (c) the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.20 of 2023, before the Judicial Magistrate, Katpadi.

2. Heard both sides.

3.On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition is modified from Rs.5,00,000/- to Rs.4,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.20 of2023, before the Judicial Magistrate, Katpadi. The other conditions remains the same. Time is extended to execute the sureties.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
