The petition has been filed to modify the order dated 04.10.2021 as According to the petitioner her mother by name Virammalle @ Vizavally was born on 24.06.1924 at Ouppalam, Nadaoutchery, Pondicherry and was issued with a birth certificate dated 28.06.1924 by Pondicherry Municipality to that effect. Instead of According to the petitioner, her mother by name Veeramalle @ Veerammal was born on 24.06.1924 at Ouppalam Nadaoutchery, Pondicherry and was issued with a birth certificate dated 28.06.1924 by the Pondicherry Municipality to that effect.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition and accordingly, this petition is allowed and the same is modified.

3. The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary correction in the order dated 04.10.2021 in W.P.No.21228 of 2021.
