ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to conduct further investigation of the case in Crime No. 63 of 2021, which has been assigned specific serial No.STM/S15PS/0063, on the file of the 2nd respondent as per his complaint dated 07.11.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation in Crime No.63 of 2021 has already been completed and the FIR has been closed as 'Further Action Dropped'. The second respondent also filed a closure report before the concerned Jurisdictional Court on 31.01.2025.

3. Therefore, the petitioner can very well file a protest petition in the manner known to law on the closure report submitted by the second respondent.

4. In view of the above, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be considered. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands 2/4

dismissed.
