C.M.P.Nos. 27826, 27830 and 27829 of 2019 in S.A.No.908 of 2010 P.T.ASHA, J.

The proposed respondents have been served and one N. Thiagrajan, learned counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the proposed parties.

2. The petitions are filed to record the death of the first respondent, to condone the delay in filing the application for setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent and to bring on record his legal representatives who have been arrayed as respondents 7 and 8.

3. The petitions are allowed as reasons given in the affidavit in support of the said petitions are sufficient.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the amendment.

5. List the matter for hearing on 19.07.2021.
