This petition has been filed to recall the order dated 22.08.2025 passed in Crl,O.P.No.23013 of 2025 Restore FIR No.318/2025 on the file of the Inspector of Police, J-8 Neelangarai Police Station

2. It is stated by both sides that the MoU has been acted upon and the sale deed has been signed, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this

petition. Endorsement is also made in the case bundle to that effect.

3. Recording the submissions and in view of the endorsement, this petition stands withdrawn as dismissed.
